my lawyer just told me that my NIW 140 was rejected without RFE. I filed on Sep 30 and in so called best center TSC. I didn't expect that to happen so soon. Frankly speaking, I don't think my case is very strong but not very weak either. My lawyers said they thought it was erroneously rejected because they didn't see any similar case from their firm get rejected without RFE in past 7 years. They are going to appeal and ask for reopening of my case next week. Anyone has suggestions? Thanks
