I recevied RFE for my NIW application from TSC officer EMU/449. The RFE lists five lengthy questions as follow. Do I need to answer these questions one by one? Some questions I believe I have answered before e.g. No.1 since I work in the oil industry. Shall I just repeat? Can anyone help?

The questions are:
1. Submit further evidence to establish how the benefit the beneficiary is to impart to the United States will genuinely be on a national scale. What mechanism or structure is in place whereby his work will, directly or indirectly, impart benefits to be the United States as a whole?
2. Submit further evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if an employer were required to obtain labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor. Would an U.S. worker with the same minimum qualifications be able to perform the same occupation and serve the national interest to a similar degree? How will you serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than other individuals in your area of endeavor? Please submit persuasive documentary evidence to substantiate your response.
3. Submit further evidence that demonstrates the beneficiary’s specific prior achievements that would justify the projected future benefit of her work to the United States.
4. Submit further documentation that shows the beneficiary’s skills as being unique and innovative and of genuine service to the national interest of the United States. Does the beneficiary possess any special skills, knowledge, or abilities that could not be articulated on a labor certification
5. Any additional evidence submitted will be considered in conjunction with the current record to determine eligibility of this classification?
