Having thought about it for half a year
Started seriously preparing on 09-17

Ph.D. in toxicology in America, currently working at NIH using H-1B, 7 letters (3 from academia, 2 from industry, and 2 from government). Two first-author papers coming out of Ph.D work; more than 10 papers published in Chinese, but they are not really related to what I am doing now.

Suggestions: if you have publications in Chinese, do not hesitate to put them there, it is better than nothing. However, the major focuse of reference letters should on what you are doing NOW if you are applying for NIW.

BTW, I spoke to atterny Fan last year, and he did not think i had a strong case. Many thanks to him for saving me a lot of money. ;-)

Good luck to everybody.
