I am a green card holder, and want to apply citizenship soon.
From the introduction on the website, I can start to mail my application material 90 ago. Does any one know what it really means, mail it just 90 days ago, or mail it even earlier and then the office will get it around 90 days before.
I need the application to be approved as earlier as possible, that's why even one day is very important to me!
