I applied the NIW and EB11 from NSC at the same time before OCT.1st. I got NIW RFE 10 days ago. Yesterday the email from USCIS told me that my EB1-1 has been approved. The attorney filed the I-485 together with the NIW case. Anyone has such experience? Should I continue to prepare the FRE or just transfer the I485 to EB11? I plan to transfer I485 to EB11. But my attorney suggest me submit the REF if everything is ready, and at the same time, transfer to 485 to EB11. I was told that there is no extra charge for the RFE. Does that make any sense?
