Anybody who apply Labor certificate & Green card through EB2 or EB3, please help me with this question:

If it is going to be a problem if the resume I submitted for EB2 application is a little inconsistent with the resume for H1B application? In order to meet the 5 years experience requirement, I altered my prior work experience a little (position name and responsibility). Will that be a problem?
