I have sent the cocurrent I-140/I-485 NIW to CSC at the end of September. Now
I have moved to Oklahoma.I am preparing to send another I-140 NIW to TSC.I
have discussed with my current lawyer and another famous lawyer in Oklahoma.
Both of them said I can send another I-140 NIW. But they refused to supply
more details unless I sign contracts with them.To save money,I want to do it
myself.But I don't know if I need to mention my current petition and include
current I-140/I-485 receipts in my second petition. Please share your experience with me! Thank you very much.
