Here is one of your answer for the question of "Urgent question about second I-140 NIW?" 2005-11-26: "why second NIW? change address then your case would be transferred to TSC" 2005-11-26. I have some questions based on your answer.
You meant he just needs to send his new address to CSC and then CSC will tranfser his case to TSC without requesting CSC to do so or without writing one letter saying his new work is the same as descriped in his materials for I-140 application? I filed my NIW to NSC at the end of September and my I-140 needs additional evidence. After my I-140 is approved, I want to move to LA and do the same kind of research work. I have not talked to my lawyer about this. I am afraid that he will charge more money if I let him do some paperwork for transfering my case from one center to another center.
