Now I am trying to reserve a visa appointment at mexico. When almost finished, the webpage some following information. Seems I need to stay there for at least 3 days!? to get the visa and my possport back. Is this true? I appreciate your help.

Processing Time
Please be prepared that due to new processing requirements, the passport with visa may take up to 3 business days to be returned. You must be prepared to remain outside of the U.S. for a minimum of 3 business days until the visa is issued. Additionally, if your visa is denied at a Border Post, you may not reenter the US even if your I-94 is still valid, i.e. has time remaining. Please note that if you are found ineligible for the visa you are applying for you will receive a letter explaining the reason for your ineligibility.
Visa Return Information:
If your visa application is approved, your passport with visa will generally be returned within 3 days (except if special processing required). Please note some applicants may require processing of one month or longer and all applicants, even repeat travelers, are encouraged to apply 4 – 6 weeks before any anticipated travel.
