My background:

02 Ph.D in Organic Chemistry from China
Currently a postdoc at a University
20 papers, 10 of them have impact factor more than 3.0, 12 frist author.
Sigma Xi member
Research area: 1)Study on new catalysts to destroy chemical weapons and insecticides; 2)reaction mechanisms

7 references: 1 from U.S. Army Research Office, 1 from the President of a Chemical Society, 3 from distinguished professors from famous Universities in U.S., 1 current boss and 1 from my Ph.D. supervisor.

I did myself. Coverlett: 10 pages
