My sixth year H-1B will expire in next 2 months, my I-140 and EAD just approved, I-485 pending, I am thinking about renewing my H-1, how long INS will extend my H-1? someone say 1 year, others say 3 years, I am confused, please help. also my I-140 appoval letter was mailed to my company, not my home address, is that normal? thanks in advance.
