my wife (original H4) submit the application of transfer H4 to F1 at the end of Sept.(Note: just 1 week before my 140&485 petition). Up to now, thanks God, Her F1 application was approved and we also got our EAD(both my wife and I). Her F1 status begin from 11/28. So We are wondering that what is her current status, AOS or F1?
2, she is going to be a full time student with 2 options, the first is with H4 and EAD, the 2rd is with F1, so would you please tell us which one is better? If she use F1 to study, it will impact her future adjustment of status?
