Here is list for Ap application (just for your reference)

1) fee:$170 (check the website again to make sure) and

2) completed application form (I-131)

3)copy of Photo ID

4)Copy of current status (suah as H1B)

5)An explanation of showing the circumstance that warrant issuance of an advance parole document

6) A copy of AOS (I485) reciept

7) color photos (x2)

If something missing, please do not hesitate to to point out.
