In my 140 approval Notice (NIW), my name in the petitioner line was wrong. My first name and last name were mixed. My name in the beneficiary line is correct. This was caused by the error in the initial 140 form. The forms prepared by attorney had tons of errors. I spent a day to correct, but I missed this one. When you read the forms, be carefull!!
I was told by the attorney to leave it as is, because my I140 has been approved. The beneficiary name is correct, this will not affect my 485 approval.
I do not know whether I need to correct this error.
