Hi, I don't know if anyone here can answer my queston but I'll give it a try. I am a Canadian citizen working in US on TN visa. My TN visa expires in May 2006. If I'd like to invite my parents to visit me next year and ask them to submit visa application in Beijing in Feb or March, will there be any problem? Or is it better for me to renew my TN for another year before they can apply the visiting visa?
