read a post below talking about using AP and EAD back China while H1 renew is pending. But still confused.

I have a question:

If my H1 is expires and have renew receipt, when I use my AP reenter US, I can use My EAD work, so do not need my H1 any more, just like people are working on EAD and use AP reenter US. So why can i not use AP and EAD back china during my h1 renew pening?

Please help me.

by using EAD, you H1 is no longer effective.
