I filed my EAD together with my I-485 90 more than 90 days ago in Sept to TSC. However, my EAD is still pending (I140 has already been approved).I went to the local office, trying to get the temperary EAD card.They told me to do fingerprint code 2 first before getting the card. Actually, I already did code 3 for I485 a month ago (no LUD yet). The officer told me that fingerprint for EAD and I485 are two independent issues. I know a lot of people here got their EADs without or before fingerprint. Any one has similar situation? or any suggestions?
