Someone might ask this question before, but I am still not very clear.

I have my NIW based I-140 approved and I-485 pending. And I am going to use my AP to go back home for Chinese New Year next month. My question is:can I change my job, i.e. do a H1b transfer after I come back from my trip and use AP?
