I just got an offer, which requires me to start on 01/16/06. But I have
not applied for my OPT yet. Our school's IO is closed for holiday and will not
open until Jan, 02. Is there any way that I can get my OPT approved before 01
/16/06? It will be processed at TX center. If I can not get my OPT on time,
can I apply for CPT using the offer letter? Or, I need to negotiate with employer to change the first two months to internship? I am an ABD student. Thanks a lot!!!!!!
