Hi, I am an H1B holder. My company will submit the Labor Certification (LC) for me by the end of this month (2005/12) through PERM. Is there a point of time after which I can safely switch job without starting over my GC application at the new employer? Could you please tell me where (website, for example) I could find official information about this? Thanks a lot!
