I have some questions on my NIW I-140 form filling. I tried to use my friend's address (a permanent address) as the contacting address. Should I fill my friend’s address into both the address line in the part 1 and the address line in part 2 of I-140? In addition, should I also use my friend’s address in the top of my cover letter and write “C/O: my friend’s name”? If these are right, where can I fill out my own address in I-140?
