You gave me good suggestions days ago. I want to change from h1 to f1, but my I-94 expires at the end of July, and school starts in September. Is it possible for me to apply for change of status without applying H1 renewal first? As you know, it costs money to renew H1, besides, if F1 is approved before August, I cannot work anyway and then why need to renew H1?
