Is it safe to use AP when i-140 pending? sunnyface 文学城

准备回国过春节，但不确定是否该去大使馆签证，我的情况是,H1b Visa, 回美后仍在原单位工作,I-140和I-485都pending,已经拿到了AP和EAD,但是不知道用AP回美是否有风险?

另外,如果去大使馆签证的话,如果签证官知道I-140/485 pending的话,会不会有麻烦?

总之,是去大使馆签证好?还是用AP好?
