关于排期问题一问 128492006-01-13 21:14:00

刚刚发布的排期EB2提到了4/01/2002。我的问题是是说现在开始处理4/01/2002以前申请的呢？还是到二月份开始申请？我之所以这么问是因为虽然我的485交了，我夫人的却没交。所以要等到我的优先日期给她交。我的问题是，那么，比如我的优先日期是3/29/2002，我是现在就可以给我夫人提交485呢？还是要等到2月份的某一天呢？而又是2月份的那一天呢？谢谢。
