My wife is H1 in US, I am working in Canada as PR of Canada. My daughter is living with me in Canada. My wife will come back to Canada in early February from US, my daughter plan to go to US this coming summer, if she applies H4 with my wife's H1, can she get multiple entries H4 visa, if not, can she apply H4 in early February and enter US in summer (perhap some time in July). Will she get a H4 visa to enter US within 3 months?
