We are applying for CA immigration in the US. Should we include the kids borned in the US? It seems to me that they may lose their US citizenship if a US-borned citizen applies for another country's citizenship. Of course in our case, it's we, the parents,instead of they themselves, that are doing the application. There is a little difference here. So the question is, will they lose their US citizenship as a result of our CA immigration together?
Any help would really be appreciated!
