I-140 for outstanding denied by CSC.
US Ph.D., 5 years US industrial(world major copporation) experience, 4 year China industrial experience
10 publications, 5 of them first class journals (such as Polymer Science,Physical Review, etc)
10 US patents granted (all Chief or sole inventor), 5 US patent pending (published).

I cannot believe this! Someone in CSC must under a divorce process with his/her spouse and really in a shity mood.
