I filed I140/I485 co-currently based on previous approved I140 with PR in 2/2000. They were returned since they thought my PR for current LCA wasn't current yet. Attorney filed again, still no receipt after two weeks. Checks are not cashed, either.
When does it take usually? I can file both under I140 portability, right?
