Hello, I just found a job. The company wants to sponsor my H1 visa. However, there is no quota for 2006 any more. I have to wait until October to get H1 visa. The problem is that my opt will be expired in the of August. So there is one month gap. I asked one laywer today. And he said there was no way to deal with that. Even he suggested me to go back school and changed status to F1 rather than applying for H1.

Any Ideas? Please give me a hand!
