写信,他们的答复是同样的,我还在被NAME CHECK. FBI网站原来登过电话,不知道现行还有没
有,就是你做完手印(10个指头)可以打那个电话,然后报你的A NUMBER,对方一般会告诉你,什
么时候FEEDBACK给了USCIS.而查询NAME CHECK 只能通过FBINNCP Email
我给NAME CHECK 写了信,我知道原来他们接受传真,后来只接受EMAIL.
没有办法催办他们,只到去年10月对方才答复,然后我联系律师,让他把的答复给USCIS.

I just wanted to bring it to your attention that my name check is still
pending in your office. xxx years has been passed since I submitted
my application to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS) in 200x, and I was informed by USCIS that name check request has

A speedy processing of my name check would be greatly appreciated.
Should you have any questions regarding the inquiry, please contact me at
the address shown above.
