准备去加拿大登陆，顺便去签H1B， 但是在签证预约系统里总是看到上面这个提示，我打算在VENCOURVER 登陆，留TORONTO 的地址收枫叶卡，不知道有没有这个DISTRICT 的问题呢？第一次登陆的加拿大PR， 该怎么理解这里的DISTRICT 呢？非常感谢大家的帮助
