I have several small questions to make sure I understand you correctly.
1). Eventhough my case is NIW, I still need to inform INS my job change during the my I140 processing, right?
2). I'm preparing thr RFE material now, you think which is better off for my I140 approval, submitting the RFE material first or submit the letter informing job change first?
3). Will the VO in charge of my I140 case know my H-1B sponser has changed without being informed?
4). Do I need to ask my supervisor to write a letter telling what I am doing in the new institute? Or just myself write a letter? What else I should hand in together?
