I94 Trouble i0502122006-01-24 18:11:17

I changed status several months ago. And I have already recieved Notice. But they did not send me a new I94. I have called USCIS three times. Every time they said they would report that, and send it. But three months later, I did not see anything. What can I do? I am sure they have the right address and my mai box is available.

There is I-94 on my approved letter, but it is same as my origin
