Where to mail the forms? WhoCanTellMe2006-01-27 20:27:34

I live in NYC. I am filling the form for family-based adjustment of permanent residence (I-485 and I-130). I am supposed to mail the I-485 to Chicage, but in the form I-130, it say:

If the Form I-130 petition is being filed concurrently with Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, submit both forms at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over the place where the Form I-485 applicant resides.

So, where should I mail the form? local USCIS office or Chicago?
