老公的HIB今年12月底到期， 2005年11月25日申请的EB1B， 12月9日获得批准。 目前公司想让他回国出差一个星期。因为目前无法申请AP， 有些担心，请有经验者帮忙回答几个问题。

1。是否目前还可以在美国国内返签。
2。上海现在HIB签证预约大概需要多少天。
3。回去签H1B应该注意的事项。
4。浏览美国驻上海领事馆网站，发现有下列要求。
