Hello experts. I just received my AP approval. 140 and 485 both pending. My H1 will expire on Feb 16, but the application for extension has been received.
Question: If I travel back to China, will I be asked for evidence other than AP upon re-entry? (Eg., H1 status?)
In the worst senario, if my I485 was denied during my visit to China (although the possibility that my case will be reviewed so soon is trivial), my AP will become invalid immediately, correct?
