my situation is when F2 to F1, first got dennial, then reopen, one year later got approval. I have taken half of my credits for my MS, now LG move to another state and I still have to pay as a out-of-state student. and last year, LG's father got cancer, you understand what we have to do. now if we live separately, that's really too much for us. and our 485 is pending. I tried to transfer, they said it's too late for this spring. I want to keep F1,but the international office said I'd better transfer to H4 or use 485, also they will not let me take a leaving. I decide to use 485, considering the dennial, I don't know whether there is risk. any suggestions? thanks.
