I want to apply for Green card through NIW by myself. Since I can not send 485, I do not know whether it is worthy to apply for 140 or not. Also, I am not very confident. Please give me some suggestions based on my background below.
Ph.D (Second rank US University, 2001-2005, organic chemistry).
Now working as a postdoctoral on OPT at Scripps research Institute (The largest nonprofit biomedical reserarch institute in the US).
Papers, 3 on chinese journals. 1 first author
3 International JOURNALS, all first authors
2 submitted, International JOURNALS, all first authors.
Do you guys think I should apply or not?
