switch between AOS and Consular Processing yy12006-02-08 03:48:40

Hello everyone,

I have submitted my I-485 last September. My NIW based I-140 has been approved. I am H1B visa holder. I am belong to the group which is affected by the retrogression.

I also have Canadian PR. I decided to land and live in Canada and daily commute across the Border to work in USA with H1B visa.

I like to file I-824 to switch to Consular Processing.
Is that be OK for me?


Can I switch back to I-485 petition again from Consular Processing?
Is there any problem?
