I got two offers. One is from microsoft, redmond, usa. the salary is USD100K/yr. another offer is from Canada, a big company and project manager position. I haven't got salary infomation yet, but boss told me that I will have enough money to retire if I work for him for about ten years.
Now microsoft asks me to confirm its offer asap.
Could any experienced one from Canada estimate how much salary it will be (if I work ten years there and be able to get enough money to retire)
