I applied NIW in CA center and got RFE as following
It is unclear, from the documentation submitted, how the petitioner/beneficiary specifically intends to utilize his experience and abilities—more than other individual among other highly qualified researchers, scientists and investors in the field of pharmacology, immunology and related fields towards the prospective national benefit of the United States. What are the beneficiary’s specific plans? How will the petitioner/beneficiary’s effort(as an individual worker) in this field accomplish these goals on a national level? (Merely working in an important area or sub-field of pharmacology, which may have in the past or which could conceivably benefit the national interest is not sufficient to demonstrate eligibility for the requested waiver).
I don't understabd the "goals" in the above paragraphy. How will the petitioner effort accomplish these goals? This question is same as "how the petitioner/beneficiary specifically intends to utilize his experience and abilities—more than other individual among other highly qualified researchers, scientists and investors in the field of pharmacology, immunology and related fields towards the prospective national benefit of the United States"???
What do they exactly want from the answer?
