我打算自己申请H1-B, 目前正在做准备工作。在ETA-9035中，有这么一项
(A) Employer is not H-1B dependent and is not a willful violator
(B) Employer is H-1B dependent and/or a willful violator
(C) Employer is H-1B dependent and/or a willful violator BUT will
use this application ONLY to support H-1B petitions for exempt
nonimmigrants.
我该选择哪一个呢？我们公司有好几个印度人都是拿的H-1B,不过都是transfer的，而且都是找律师办的。
另外一个问题是，period of employment 中的begin date是指我开始工作的时间呢，还是H1-B生效的时间呢？我去年11月底开始工作的，OPT今年10月份到期。End date 就是Begin data加上3年对吗？我和公司没有签订合同，所以没有指定的结束日期。
