Xiaobeitu 及各位大侠好, 我申请EB-1 (OR), 系主任是我的Petitioner, 系里一位给我写推荐信的教授是我的Representative. 因系主任很忙, 故我希望移民局如有事能与我的Representative联系. 我的问题是Representative是否要填 G-28 表 并得到系主任的授权? 在I-140 表上, 系主任与我的Representative 都已签了字.
