140 and 485 zorro22006-02-16 03:20:40

my 140 got approved, and my 485 is pending.
my question is:

if for some reason, I have to abandon or withdraw my 485, or my 485 gets deny, is my 140 still valid so I can apply another 485 later?

please help!!
