I came to US in 2002 with H4. My hu*****and's company renewed his H1B in 2004 and forgot to renew my H4 at the time. We found out the problem 5 month after my H4 expired in 10/04. We filed extension and got denied. My hu*****and's company attoney file an motion with CIS by the reason of unawared of my marriage (we married after my hu*****and's first H1B) and the new born child need to be taken care (my daughter just turned 1 at the time) and in two weeks she said the motion got approved. We checked the status through CIS serivce number and the status for the case was approved. But we never received the new I-94. In six month after the aproval, we check the status each month and the people in CIS said they will put a expidite notice for the notice printing each time. But it never came, now it is been more than a year. We talked to the attorney, she said she could call the same CIS number we called and not much more she could do and will charge us 300 an hours service fee for the calling (my hu*****and transfered to another company last year). What do I need to do? Thank you for your help.
