I apply the LCA through the regular process On July 1,2002.And back to Ad in June,2003.The ad result has been sent back to the MA state officeon Aug.24,2003. And My case was transfered to Boston Region office from the state on Nov 4,2003. And on Dec 8,2003, I received the approved notice.
Now I'm ready to file the 140 and 485, since my case was applied as EB2 before.Just check the USCIS process time, found there have some changes. I fell very confused which classification I should belong to.It's the "skilled worker or professional " or "advanced degree or exceptional ability". Could someone tell me about that? Thanks.
