I used J2 to entered US in 2001, and later changed to H4 due to my hi*****and`s H1-B approval, then we filed I-140/485 in 2004, on Jan 2005 I used EAD to work,
I probably will hire a lawyer to help with me, and will leave for China very soon. thanks
