485 denied then 140 approved, need help from Xiaobaitu canopen2006-02-21 09:33:32

I have filed EB1 and NIW. EB1 is connected to 485. When I requested to change my address in Oct, 2005, I got a change of address response letter from USCIS to state that the 485 had been denied two months ago. Both my lawyer and myself had never got the formal 485 denial notice. But two months later, in Jan, 2006, I got NIW approved.
Right now even my lawyer does not have any ideas on how to handle this one. How can I do? Please help.
