My I-140(NIW) was approved and I-485 application was sent to INS in Feb,2005. But I lost my job in May 2005. What I worry about is if I were selected to interview for I-485 adjustment, I can not prove my employment status. How many chance does the I-485 applicant get the interview requirement from INS? If I haven't a job at the time of the interview, my I-485 application will not get approved? Thanks a lot for any information.
