各位高手:
我现为F1, 今年5月毕业, OPT已用完, 所以只有60天grace period after that (till July 15). 最近找到工作, 公司打算4月1日为我递H1B申请.
两个问题:
1) Status Gap: Do I need to enroll in another school to maintain my F1 status till my H1B gets approved? Could I apply to a community college as long as they can issue I-20?
2) Working status: From now till I graduate in May, I could do an unpaid internship which is part of the program requirement. But after that, how can I be able to still work for the company? Is there any alternatives/options?
